FAQ

Q1. What does “charging by pixels” mean?

Each plan includes a set number of pixels by default, and usage is deducted based on the size of the original image.
For example, for an image measuring 800px × 2,000px, 1.6M pixels will be deducted.

Q2. If I use up all the included pixels, can I no longer use the service?

Pixels used beyond the included amount will be charged additionally according to the pay-as-you-go rate, based on the size of the processed image.

Q3. How are additional pixel usage fees and extra account fees billed?

The monthly base fee is billed in advance to the registered credit card.
Additional pixel usage fees and account fees are billed in arrears based on usage and charged together with the next month’s base fee.

Q4. Will payment be processed automatically after the free trial period ends?

To let you experience Prodifi without any pressure during the free trial period, we do not process automatic paid billing.
