Q1. What data can I back up?
A. You can export core outputs such as translated images and shared glossaries. (Specific items may vary depending on your plan.)
Q2. Can I access my data after December 31?
A. No. All data will be permanently deleted at shutdown and cannot be recovered. Please complete your backups within December.
Q3. Will support be available during the remaining period?
A. Yes. We will provide general and technical support until December 31, 2025. (New feature development and custom work will not be provided.)
